Yes it's that time of the year again, when we all rush off to join the gym and vow to eat nothing but raw vegetables for a month. It never really lasts though does it? I've just eaten six rich tea biscuits without really knowing how it happened...

This year, how about doing something a bit different and instead creating lots of delicious, healthy meals for your baby? Mashed bananas get so dull after a while.

A lovely hot bowl of soup may be just what you fancy at this time of year, but did you know that eating canned rather than fresh soup could potentially massively increase your exposure to BPA?

A recent study reported by the BBC, comparing the effects of eating fresh versus tinned soup, found that the levels of BPA in the canned soup eaters was as much as twenty times higher as in the fresh soup eaters.
