1.1 We provide services to you through our Website and those services are provided to you on the basis of these terms and conditions. Please note that they may vary from time to time without notice to you so please check our Website to view the current terms and conditions, as they are binding to you.
2  Pricing policy
2.1 We review our product prices frequently. Prices shown on the Website are current at that time.

2.2 All our prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates except where expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the VAT rate as required by UK law.

3  Product description
3.1 To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. The Website shows images of products to help you with your selection, but these images should not be taken to be accurate representations of the product - there may be variations between the image and the product. All measurements and weights are approximate.

3.2 Although the products on the Website have been confirmed with each specific supplier as free of BPA, PVC, and Phthalates, www.vupbaby.co.uk has not performed independent testing to confirm this information.

4  Ordering policy
4.1 You can place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing the products you have selected.

4.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the product that you have ordered, at which the order becomes binding. The order will not be binding until dispatch, even if payment has already been made by you. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.

4.3 We may refuse to accept an order for any reason, including where items selected are not available; where we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; if there has been a pricing or product description error; or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

4.4 Our payment transactions are conducted in UK Sterling (GBP). We are unable to offer any alternative currency payment options at this moment.

4.5 Payments must be made in UK Sterling (GBP) and must be made at the time of placing the order by Pay Pal. Goods will be dispatched only after funds have cleared.  Please note, however, that the internet is not a secure medium and we cannot guarantee that your details or any other personal information provided to us will not be viewed by third parties.
5  Dispatch timescales
5.1 We aim to dispatch goods to you within 3 working days after you place your order, but we are unable to guarantee dispatch times.  At times we may be waiting for stock to arrive, and your order may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to dispatch. We will email you with the option to cancel if dispatch is likely to take longer than 10 working days.

5.2 Depending on the size/weight/value of your order and chosen delivery method, it will be dispatched by the Royal Mail.

5.3 If your item is not in stock at the point at which you place your order, we will dispatch the product when it is next in stock. 

6  Cancellation Policy
6.1 If we have not yet dispatched the items that you would like to cancel, you can notify us by email to enquiries@vupbaby.co.uk and we will supply you with a cancellation code. In this situation we will give you a full refund.
7  Return Policy
Making a return is an easy process.
7.1 If we have already dispatched the items, you can return goods you have ordered from us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We will also deduct the shipping costs that we have spent on delivering the items to you.

7.2 You need to notify us by email to info@vupbaby.co.uk to get a returns code with 7 days of receiving your order. Following receipt of this please send the returns code and all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible. The address to send the returned goods will be emailed to you when you get the returns code. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

7.3 All requests for returns codes should be communicated to us at info@vupbaby.co.uk. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via the same delivery method used to deliver to you.

7.4 Please note, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, Pay Pal refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

8  Access to our Website
8.1 While we try to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.  We may suspend access to our Website temporarily and without notice in the case of maintenance, system failure or repair which is beyond our control.
