If our BPA free logo is displayed next to a product that means that the suppliers/manufacturers have confirmed to us that this particular product is free of BPA, PVC and Phthalates. Although the products on the Website have been confirmed with each specific supplier as free of BPA, PVC, and Phthalates, www.vupbaby.co.uk has not performed independent testing to confirm that this is the case.
Security is very important to us at VUPbaby. We use SSL 128-bit encryption for all transmission of sensitive information - this is the same as used by all major banks for internet banking. We at www.vupbaby.co.uk do not store Credit or Debit card information. This information is saved on the secured server of our financial provider. We use Sage Pay. There is no need to set up an account in order to purchase products from our Website.
Opening an account will allow you to check your order details, review past orders, update your details, receive our newsletter, receive special promotions and shop without the inconvenience of entering your address details on each separate purchase.

All our standard delivery is being handled by the Royal Mail. Postage costs are calculated according to your location and the amount spent. Delivery times may vary, however, your order will be dispatched within three working days. At times we may be waiting for stock to arrive, and your order may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to dispatch. We will email you with the option to cancel if this is likely to be longer. We accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, Visa Debit, JCB, Solo and Maestro.
We ship to all areas in the United Kingdom, Europe and many other countries. All payments are billed in British Pounds. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you wish to ship elsewhere please contact us for details of the applicable delivery charges. EU and Rest of World, we have set charges for international parcels up to 2kg, if your parcel is heavier than this we will contact you with an alternative postage cost. International delivery costs start from £9.95 max 2kg for EU (including N Ireland), rest of the world is £19.99 max 2 kg, South Africa is £24.99 max 2kg.
You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email confirming dispatch.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, then please refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for the product that your package has been damaged. If these steps are not taken, then the items will not be covered by insurance.
We use Royal Mail first class so there is no need to sign for these. However, we sometimes do use other delivery companies and they do require a signature on delivery.
Making a return is an easy process. If we have already dispatched the items, you can return goods you have ordered from us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We will also deduct the shipping costs that we have spent on delivering the items to you. You need to notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a returns code within 7 days of receiving your order. Following receipt of this, please send the returns code and all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible. The address to send the returned goods is VUP Limited, Admail4 International, Block 7, Unit 1, Vestry Road, Sevenoaks, TN14 5EL. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the items to will not be possible in the following circumstances: if the product has been used, packaging has been damaged or damaged by you in any way. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
