BPA now linked to male infertility

This blog has previously highlighted research which linked between bisphenol-A (BPA) and low sex drive and impotence in males. A new 5-year study has now claimed that there is also a link between levels of BPA in the blood and male fertility. In the study, researchers at Kaiser Permanente in the US, tested 514 workers in factories in China and found that men with higher urine BPA levels were two to four times more at risk of having poor semen quality, including low sperm concentration, low sperm vitality and mobility.
