While the Oscar season has dominated media news recently you would be forgiven for not noticing the other major awards event in Hollywood. After all, who is wearing what designer and is on the arm of which star or starlet is perhaps even more exciting than the awards themselves!

But on March 3rd, CHANGE (which stands for “Californians for a Healthy & Green Economy)” hosted its first red carpet awards event, presenting “Toxies” to what the organization calls Bad Actor Chemicals.
