Lifestyle choices help to reduce your exposure to toxic chemicals

We all know some of the key benefits of eating more vegetables, ranging from reduced heart and cancer risks to being better for your bank balance! But results of a pilot study showed that people who adopted a vegetarian diet for just five days showed a drop in levels of toxic chemicals, such as phthalates, in their bodies.
